Dressing salads with sour cream, you not only improve their taste, but also make them more useful. Like all fermented milk products, sour cream contains lactobacilli, which contribute to better assimilation of food.
Cauliflower and bean salad with sour cream
To prepare the salad, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 g of cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 60 g red beans;
- 150 g sour cream;
- parsley;
- salt.
Boil the beans until cooked in salted water, put them in a colander and let cool. Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences, boil in salted water and cool. Finely chop the green onion. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut lengthwise into two parts. Mash the yolks with a fork. Finely chop the fresh parsley.
Combine cauliflower, beans, parsley and green onions. Season with salt and stir. Then put it in a slide on a plate, sprinkle with grated yolk on top and pour over sour cream. Before serving, garnish the salad with halves of proteins and sprigs of fresh herbs.
Radish and cucumber salad with sour cream
Required Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of radish;
- 3 fresh cucumbers;
- ½ bunch of parsley;
- ½ bunch of dill greens;
- green onions;
- young garlic;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 2 eggs (optional);
- salt.
Peel the radishes and grate them on a coarse grater. The cucumbers are also peeled and cut into strips. Hard-boiled eggs, peel, cool and cut into cubes. Finely chop the washed parsley and dill. Add chopped green onions and young garlic. Then season with salt, sour cream and mix well. Let the salad brew a little and serve.
Salmon and suluguni cheese salad with sour cream
To prepare this salad, you need to take:
- 1 can of canned salmon;
- 1 green apple;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 150-200 g of suluguni cheese;
- 125 g sour cream;
- salt;
- greens;
- Cherry tomatoes;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice.
Drain the liquid from the canned salmon and break it into small pieces with a fork. Peel the apple, cut into 4 parts and, after removing the core, chop into strips. Grate suluguni cheese. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
Combine salmon, apple and cucumber, salt to taste and put on a dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and pour over sour cream mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Decorate the salad with herbs and halves of cherry tomatoes.
Beetroot salad with sour cream
Required Ingredients:
- 500 g of beets;
- 50 g of shelled walnuts;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- salt;
- 100 g sour cream.
Boil the beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add garlic squeezed through a press. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
Season with salt, add sour cream and stir.
