It is necessary

  • Wheat flour - 200 gr.
  • Rye flour - 100 gr.
  • Pea flour - 100 gr.
  • Oatmeal - 50 gr.
  • Raisins - 100 gr.
  • Peeled seeds - 50 gr.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt - 250 ml.
  • Milk - 180 ml.
  • Oil for lubricating the bowl.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour and mix with oatmeal. Then add raisins, seeds and salt there.

Next, take a deep bowl and mix milk and yogurt there. It is better to use natural yoghurt, it will turn out much tastier.

Then mix the cereal and flour mixture with the milk and yogurt mixture. Mix thoroughly, being careful to avoid lumps. Transfer the resulting dough to the multicooker bowl, having previously greased it with sunflower oil, and turn on the "baking" mode. Bake the bread for 35 minutes. Then open the multicooker, turn the bread over and set the heating mode for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you can take out the finished bread and please yourself and your loved ones with it.
