    • 250 g of pasta
    • 300-400 g of peeled tomatoes,
    • 50 g of hard cheese
    • 70-100 g bacon
    • 1 red onion head
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • parsley,
    • olive oil,
    • Red pepper,
    • salt.
    • For spaghetti with bacon and cherry tomatoes:
    • 250 g spaghetti
    • 100 g bacon
    • 1 clove of minced garlic
    • 200 g cherry tomatoes
    • 100 g canned green peas,
    • 100 g lettuce,
    • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
    • salt
    • pepper
    • For pasta with cheese and mushrooms in a creamy sauce:
    • 300 g pasta
    • 200 g champignons,
    • 50-70 g bacon
    • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
    • 0.5 l cream (10%),
    • Parmesan,
    • olive oil,
    • butter,
    • basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Carbonara paste

Cut the bacon into small pieces, heat the olive oil in a skillet, brown the bacon and place in a separate bowl. Chop the garlic and lightly fry it in the bacon fat. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.

Step 2

Wash the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, whisk the yolks with the cream and most of the Parmesan (about 2/3), add the bacon and garlic. Boil 3 liters of water in a saucepan, add salt, put pasta in boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and stir the pasta and sauce until cool, sprinkle with Parmesan, pepper and salt to taste, garnish with fresh basil.

Step 3

Pasta with bacon and cheese in tomato sauce

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan or in a saucepan, fry the bacon until crisp, add the onion, garlic and red pepper, stir. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, salt, pepper and place in the pan with the bacon. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.

Boil 2.5 liters of water, salt, boil the paste, drain the water. Combine pasta and sauce and cook until sauce thickens.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle it on the finished pasta, add parsley to taste.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the bacon into thin pieces and fry in a dry frying pan, chop the garlic. Cut the cherry in half, add the garlic and cherry to the bacon, salt and pepper, cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
