When the guests are on the doorstep, there is already no time to invent something. Try to cook an interesting new recipe for potatoes wrapped in bacon with the most delicate sauce of cottage cheese and cheese. Minimum products and minimum efforts!
It is necessary
- - bacon slices 8 pcs;
- - potatoes 2 pcs;
- - a sprig of rosemary 4 pcs;
- - tomato 1 pc;
- - cottage cheese 150 gr;
- - grated hard cheese 3 tbsp;
- - parsley 50 gr;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut each bacon slice across. Wash the rosemary sprigs, dry well with a paper towel and cut each into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into small sticks. Wrap 2-3 sticks of potatoes in each slice of bacon. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Wash the tomato and cut into small cubes. Add cottage cheese, cheese and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place the bacon-wrapped potato wedges on a plate and serve with the prepared sauce.
