At any party, potato chips are incredible success and disappear from the plate in literally seconds. To surprise guests with an unusual snack, you can bake your own chips with bacon and cheese.
It is necessary

- - olive oil;
- - 200 g of cheddar cheese;
- - 6 pieces of bacon;
- - fresh parsley;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut clean potatoes very thinly, put them on a paper towel, and put another on top. The more moisture the paper towel absorbs, the crisper the chips will be.

Cover the baking sheet with foil or baking paper, lightly grease it with olive oil. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil.

Fry the bacon and chop very finely, grate the cheese, chop the parsley.

Sprinkle potatoes with bacon and cheese, bake for 8-10 minutes. Salt the ready-made chips to taste and sprinkle with parsley. You can serve the appetizer with any sauces.
