To prepare chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese, you will need:

  • chicken fillet - about 900 grams;
  • tomatoes - three pieces of medium size;
  • salt to taste;
  • any cheese - 180 grams;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • curry - to taste;
  • dried garlic - 1 teaspoon;
  • fresh greens - 20 grams;
  • mayonnaise - about 140 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons.

Cooking technology

1. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly, dry and rub on all sides with salt and black pepper.

2. In a small cup, combine mayonnaise, dried garlic, finely chopped herbs and curry.

3. Thoroughly coat each chicken fillet with the resulting mixture and leave the meat for twenty minutes, marinate.

4. Then place the marinated fillets in a greased fireproof dish, and on top of the entire surface spread the tomatoes, cut into thin slices.

5. Lightly salt the tomatoes and lay out the cheese, cut into even slices.
