Octopuses are the most widely used food in the East. For example, in Japan they make shish kebab, sushi, salads. Octopuses can be boiled, baked, stewed, marinated. Canned food with this shellfish is widespread. Delicate octopus fillet goes well with cereals, fruits, vegetables. For this recipe, we'll marinate the octopus ourselves.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 750 g octopus;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 red fresh pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lime juice, fresh coriander;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sweet chili sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
First, clean the intestines and entrails of the octopus, cut out the eyes, for this use a very sharp knife.
Step 2
Rinse the octopus carcass under running water and place in a bowl. Cut into small pieces if you have large octopuses.
Step 3
Add chopped garlic to a bowl, cover, refrigerate for a couple of hours, the octopus should be marinated.
Step 4
Preheat the grill, fry the octopus until soft, in portions for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a paper towel.
Step 5
Cut the pepper into thin strips, mix with coriander, chili sauce. Add lime juice to the salad, stir.
Step 6
Add the prepared octopus to the salad, stir again.
