Hearty and delicious octopus salad. This salad has a rich taste and is very easy to prepare. For him you need to take raw small octopuses.
It is necessary
- For five servings:
- - 600 g of octopuses;
- - 1 can of white canned beans;
- - 1 potato;
- - half a red onion and a bell pepper;
- - salt, pepper, olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil small octopuses in salted water until tender - 20-30 minutes. Cool them down without removing or draining the water.
Step 2
Cut the cooled octopuses into small pieces, cutting out the eyes and "beak", which we do not need in the salad at all.
Step 3
Boil a potato in a uniform, cool completely, peel, cut into small cubes. You can take bell peppers of any color, you only need a half, peel it of seeds and cut into strips. Cut half of the red onion very thinly. You can even scald the onions with boiling water to remove any excess bitterness.
Step 4
Take a 400 g jar of white beans. Drain the water and place the beans in a deep salad bowl or bowl. You can also take dry beans, only you need to soak them in cold water overnight in advance, then boil until soft and cool completely.
Step 5
Add prepared onions, peppers, potatoes and octopuses to the beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with a little olive oil and mix thoroughly. You can add fresh or dried garlic for flavor.
Step 6
Serve the finished vegetable salad with octopus immediately, it is better not to cook it with a reserve - it is the most delicious sazu after cooking.
