It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 180 g of young octopuses in oil;
  • - 4 celery stalks;
  • - 1 mango;
  • - 100 g of canned corn;
  • - juice from half a lemon;
  • - 2 cm of ginger root.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 1 raw yolk;
  • - 100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of heavy cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ketchup;
  • - 0.5 tsp of mustard;
  • - 0.5 tsp Tabasco sauce;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the sauce first. To do this, thoroughly rub the raw egg yolk with mustard. Pour in vegetable oil in small portions, without ceasing to beat the mixture. Add salt to your liking.

Step 2

Peel the ginger root, rub it on a fine grater. Add ginger to the sauce, send ketchup there with Tabasco sauce and 35% cream (whisk them slightly beforehand). Stir until smooth - the salad dressing is ready, you can put it in the refrigerator for now.

Step 3

Now prepare all the ingredients of the salad. Rinse the celery stalks and slice them thinly. Peel the mango, cut into cubes, remove the pit. Canned corn can be taken in whole grains or in mini-cobs. If you have cobs, cut them into small pieces, and drain all the liquid from the corn kernels.

Step 4

Take a jar of octopuses in oil, drain all the oil, put the octopuses in a deep bowl, add prepared corn, mango and celery stalks to them. Spread the finished salad on portioned plates, pour abundantly on top with the sauce prepared earlier.

Step 5

You can additionally decorate the finished salad with octopus and mango with celery leaves. Serve immediately.
