This Mediterranean salad will appeal to all seafood lovers - it perfectly combines octopus with squid and healthy celery. The salad dressing is also special - made from lemon juice, olive oil and spices.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 150 g canned octopuses;
- - 150 g of canned squid;
- - 100 g green beans;
- - 4 stalks of celery;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 lemon;
- 1/3 cup pitted olives
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - chopped parsley;
- - red pepper flakes, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly chop the celery stalks, chop the parsley leaves. Cut the pitted olives into halves, rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. You can take cherry tomatoes, then it is enough to cut them in half.
Step 2
Boil the green beans in salted water and cool.
Step 3
Cut 5 thin strips of zest from the lemon with a vegetable peeler, cut into strips. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Step 4
Drain the oil from the octopuses, if necessary, cut them into pieces, a similar procedure should be done with squid.
Step 5
Crush the peeled garlic cloves in a garlic press, mash with a little salt. Whisk the garlic with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and red pepper flakes for a salad dressing.
Step 6
Combine octopus and squid with prepared vegetables and lemon zest. Season the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
