There are times when the traditional and beloved salads with mayonnaise are terribly boring, and you want to try something new and easy. Warm salad with veal and grapes is an unusual combination of ingredients that gives an original taste. In addition, such a delicate salad is very pleasant to eat in hot weather.

It is necessary

  • - veal - 0.5 kg;
  • - white and red seedless grapes - 400 g;
  • - peanuts - 150 g;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - lemon zest - 1 tsp;
  • - parsley - 1 bunch;
  • - salt, white pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the veal into small pieces and fry in melted butter. After a couple of minutes, add a finely chopped clove of garlic to it, fry everything over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer in your own juice until the veal is soft. Season the meat with salt and white pepper, stir everything and remove from heat, keeping the pan warm.

Step 2

In another skillet, fry the white grapes in olive oil. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed lemon zest, honey, and soy sauce. Add the resulting mixture to the grapes in the pan. Stir constantly, fry until the grapes are covered with glaze.

Step 3

Add the peanuts to the skillet and cook for another minute, stirring all the time. In separate plates to be served, mix the meat with grapes and parsley. You need to eat this salad while it is still warm.
