Warm meat salad with grapes can even be served as an oriental-style main course. The salad is prepared with pork, which is why it turns out to be very satisfying. Soy sauce and peanuts add zest to it.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of lean pork;
- - 400 g of seedless white grapes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - a handful of peanuts;
- - salt, white pepper, cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the peanuts in a dry skillet, set aside.
Step 2
Cut the pork into 1, 5 cm cubes. Chop the garlic finely.
Step 3
Melt the butter, add the garlic and meat, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is done. Season with salt to taste, season with white pepper.
Step 4
Rub the lemon zest.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil separately, add seedless grapes, fry it quickly.
Step 6
Mix the soy sauce, zest and honey, pour over the grapes. Cook until the grapes are glazed. Add peanuts, cook for another minute.
Step 7
Tear coarsely cilantro greens (can be replaced with parsley), mix grapes with peanuts with meat, herbs. Warm meat salad with grapes is ready, bon appetit!
