During the fast, it can be very difficult to diversify your menu. Indeed, at this time there are certain restrictions on food. In this case, the food should be nutritious and wholesome. In order not to eat the same dishes every day, learn to cook interesting lean dishes.
Grape salad
So, the first lean dish that we will learn to cook is a salad with grapes. For cooking you will need:
- Seedless grapes of any kind - 250 g;
- walnuts without shell - 150 g;
- red salad onion - 1 head (small);
- radish - 3 pcs.;
- green onion - 3 feathers;
- raisins - 100 g;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Put the grapes in a colander and rinse well. When the excess liquid is gone and the berries dry out a little, then cut each grape in half. Chop the nuts, if they are not chopped into four parts, do not chop too small. Chop the salad onions into rings, and chop the green ones as small as possible. Cut the radish into thin slices. Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid and cut into 2-3 parts. Mix all prepared ingredients in one bowl and season with balsamic vinegar just before use.
Village salad
For cooking you will need:
- boiled potatoes in their uniforms - 3 pcs.;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 head;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- herbs and spices to taste.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or large strips. The main thing is not shallow. Cut the pickled cucumbers into large squares, peel the onion and chop into thin half rings. Mix all ingredients in one bowl, add spices to taste and season with sunflower oil. Sprinkle with herbs such as parsley before serving.
