A young kitchen assistant, a multicooker, whose name speaks for itself, knows how to cook everything, including lean dishes. Steamed fish, vegetarian pilaf with mushrooms and even a very tasty pie without butter, eggs and milk, all this can be prepared easily and simply, with very little time preparing food.

Lenten dishes in a slow cooker: steamed salmon with vegetables

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon steaks;

- 1 small vegetable marrow;

- 2 bell peppers;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 onion;

- 1/4 tsp each. thyme, rosemary and nutmeg;

- 0.5 tsp salt;

- 3 sprigs of dill.

A side dish, such as rice, can be prepared at the same time as the main course. Stop cooking after 10 minutes, add 1/3 tbsp. of uncooked rice into the pan, where a fair amount of liquid has already formed, and turn the multicooker back on.

Wash the fish steaks thoroughly and pat dry on a paper towel. Rub them with a mixture of salt and spices and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the vegetables and cut: onions into half rings, carrots into strips, zucchini and peppers into cubes. Place all of these ingredients in a steam container in the following order: onions, fish, carrots and peppers, and courgette. Pour water into the bowl, place the dishes with salmon in the multicooker, select the “Steamer” mode and the “Fish / Fish” product and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Start the program by pressing the Start button. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the prepared lean meal.

Lenten dishes in a slow cooker: pilaf with mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp. white round grain rice;

- 200 g of mushrooms;

- 2 carrots;

- 3 tbsp. water;

- 0.5 tsp each turmeric and paprika;

- a pinch of ground black pepper;

- 1 tsp without a slide of salt;

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.

Peel the mushrooms and cut them into small slices. Chop the carrots with a knife into thin strips, you can grate them on a coarse grater. Rinse the rice in multiple waters. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker pan, add all the prepared ingredients there, season them with spices, pepper, salt and fill with water. Lower the lid and cook the lean pilaf for an hour in Rice mode. Stir well, place in bowls and serve with fresh vegetable salad.

Lean baking in a slow cooker: pie recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. flour;

- 2 tsp baking powder;

- 1 tbsp. water;

- 1 bag of black tea;

- 100 g of black currant;

- 50 g of walnut kernels;

- 50 g of peeled pumpkin seeds;

- 3 tbsp. honey;

- 1 tbsp. Sahara;

- 100 ml of vegetable oil.

Instead of currants, you can take other berries with a similar fruit structure, for example, cranberries, blueberries or gooseberries, including frozen ones.

Boil water and make a strong tea. Combine it, without cooling, in one bowl with sugar, honey and 3/4 vegetable oil. Put the baking powder in there, wait for it to foam and add berries, seeds and chopped nuts. Pour all the flour into the liquid mass at once and gently stir in it with a spoon.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with the remaining vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it. Indicate the Bake setting on the display and bake the cake for 65 minutes under the lid. Remove it using the steam rack, transfer to a platter and cut into portions.
