This recipe does not belong to the category of "quick dinner", but it does not provide for a long preparation of products. Of course, you will have to wait some time until the cabbage and meat are in good condition, but the result will definitely be worth all the minutes of anxious waiting.

What foods do you need (4 servings):

  • white cabbage - 500 g;
  • lean pork - 400 g;
  • carrots - either 1 large or 2 small;
  • large onions - 1 pc.;
  • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • salt to taste;
  • spices to taste.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Wash and finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Separate the onions from the husks, divide them into small half rings. If the onion is too large, cut the half rings in half.
  3. Grate the carrots, preferably with large holes.
  4. Peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into small cubes.
  5. Remove films and veins from the meat, if present. Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces.
  6. Place prepared vegetables in a multicooker bowl, add pork, tomato paste and some sunflower oil to them. Stir. Pour in water.
  7. Place the bowl in the multicooker. Start the "Braising" program, set the cooking time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Close the cover. Try to stir the dish at least once every 30 minutes.
  8. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, salt the dish and add your favorite seasonings. For example, dried garlic, herbs, black and red peppers. Coriander and bay leaves also look good in this dish.
  9. Serve the stewed cabbage hot with a generous amount of sour cream.

  • pork - 500 g;
  • medium-sized potatoes - 6-7 pcs.;

  • champignons - 300 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • salt to taste;
  • pepper to taste.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife, constantly wetting it in water.
  2. Pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, start the frying mode, wait until the bowl is fully warmed up.
