It is necessary

  • - chicken (or turkey) fillet - 500 g;
  • - quail eggs - 6 pieces or a protein of 2 chicken eggs;
  • - cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - garlic - 4 cloves;
  • -salt, seasoning - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Fillet of poultry (chicken or turkey) and garlic must be chopped in a blender until minced. Then add cream, salt and seasoning.

Step 2

Beat the quail eggs or the whites of the chicken eggs and combine with the mass. When using the latter, the product is more dietary. Stir the composition until smooth.

Step 3

After that you need to add milk and beat the mass. The minced sausage should be homogeneous, the consistency of an air cream.

Step 4

Then you need to put the mass on cling film, roll it up, forming a sausage. From the presented number of components, about 600 g of the product is obtained; when cooking, it is more convenient to divide the composition equally into two sausages. Tie the edges of the film tightly.

Step 5

Then the sausages should be placed in a suitable sized saucepan and half filled with cold water. Cook over low heat. The time depends on the type of meat: chicken will cook faster (40 minutes), turkey will take an hour to cook.

Step 6

After that, boiled sausages must be removed from the dishes and left to cool at room temperature. Then the film is carefully removed. Homemade sausage can be cut into pieces and served.
