Pancakes are probably one of the oldest batter dishes, so familiar and beloved by us from an early age, and pancakes with the addition of yeast are even tastier and more magnificent. Moreover, any homemade jam or jam is perfect for them.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 liters of milk
- - lemon juice
- - 50 g sugar
- - 350 g baking flour
- - egg
- - 50 g fresh yeast
- - 60 g butter
- - baking powder, salt
- - 200 g black currant
- - can of condensed milk
- - 3 tbsp. honey
- - icing sugar
- - sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk a little, add sugar and yeast, and then combine with all the other ingredients to make the dough. Finally, add melted butter in a thin stream, stirring the dough continuously.
Step 2
Set aside the bowl of dough in a warm place and wait for it to increase by 1.5-2 times. Heat the skillet well with sunflower oil, spoon pancakes about 8 cm in diameter on it with a tablespoon and bake on one side until golden brown. When the dough is slightly browned at the bottom, place the currants on the pancakes and gently press them into the dough.
Step 3
Then turn the pancakes over and brown the other side with the berries. On each plate, build a small tower of three pancakes, smearing each layer with whole condensed milk. Decorate your dish with melted honey, fruit and powdered sugar if desired.
