It is necessary

  • - black currant 3 kg;
  • - sugar 3 kg;
  • - water 7 l.
  • 10 liter bottle, rubber glove.

Instructions

Step 1

Sort out the currants, do not wash, the berries have natural yeast on the skin. Grind through a meat grinder or blender. Pre-boil the water and cool. Put the chopped berries in a bottle, add sugar, pour water up to the bottle hanger, leaving room for fermentation.

Step 2

Put a rubber glove around the neck and tie with an elastic band. Put the bottle in a black bag, hiding it from the sun's rays. When the glove is properly inflated, carefully pierce one finger with a needle on it and release the air. The most important thing is not to break the glove, otherwise you will get vinegar instead of wine.

Step 3

The temperature during fermentation of wine should be at least 22-24 ° C (it is very important to observe the temperature regime). The wine will be ready in 3-4 months.

Step 4

Drain the wine through a hose, pour into bottles under the neck. Send the finished wine to the cellar or refrigerator for 3 days. If sediment appears, strain. Store homemade wine in a cool dark place.
