Recently, such a thing as meal planning has been in use. Many families are very busy these days and are getting busier every day. They turn to diet planning as a way to deal with stressful situations in their home.
However, meal planning is not for everyone. Here are eight reasons why diet planning can be a bad idea for you and your family.
1. You enjoy eating unhealthy fast food three or five times a week.
2. You love the taste of preservatives in packaged frozen convenience foods.
3. After spending $ 200 and two hours at the grocery store, you come home and find that there is nothing in the house to cook dinner.
4. You like to run around your hungry and annoyed household members at lunchtime in suspense, trying to figure out what to cook.
5. Do you like your food - spaghetti, hot dogs, pizza, etc.
6. You have no choice but to spend the extra $ 100 weekly on meals outside the home.
7. There is nothing better than 5 o'clock daily trips to the grocery store. You are pleased to spend extra money every day on groceries that additionally fall into your basket.
8. You have no desire to cook dinner at home to gather at the table with the whole family. You consider it a waste of time.
If you agree with all of the above, don't even try to plan your diet - that's a bad idea. On the other hand, if you disagree with at least one point, then it's time to try to plan your menu.
