It is necessary

  • - 800-900 g of chicken;
  • - 3 Crimean bulbs;
  • - 300 g tomato paste;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 2 bell peppers;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - Salt, pepper, spices to taste;
  • - A bunch of greenery.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and butcher the chicken. Remove all bones and skin, leaving only the meat. Cut the meat into small pieces. Fillets, breast and thighs are preferred.

Step 2

Preheat a non-stick skillet on the stove and place the chicken in it. Fry the chicken without adding oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Stir the meat constantly to keep it from burning. When the meat is ready, transfer it to a saucepan and set aside for now.

Step 4

Rinse vegetables under running water. Skin the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel the onions and carrots and chop finely. Cut the pepper into small cubes.

Step 5

Fry the vegetables in a skillet for five minutes. The fire should not be made large, and it is better to stir the vegetables constantly to avoid burning.

Step 6

Combine chicken and vegetables in a saucepan and pour over everything with a little water and tomato paste diluted in it. One glass will be enough. Add spices and bay leaves.

Step 7

Place the saucepan over low heat. Simmer the dish for half an hour. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs before cooking.
