There is one great dish. It can be called simply a stew, but it is often called a much more beautiful and mysterious word - chakhokhbili. Let's try to cook it, I think it will not leave you indifferent.
It is necessary
- The soup set is ordinary, inexpensive, preferably beef, but you can also chicken. Both will do.
- Chicken 1-1.5 kg
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Bulb onions - 3 pcs.
- Semi-sweet red wine - 2 tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Greens
Instructions
Step 1
As in the case of paprikash, first boil a strong bone broth. We need it quite a bit. We cook it for a long time so that it is saturated.
Step 2
Next, in a well-heated frying pan with boiling oil, put the prepared chicken carcass, which we previously washed well and cut into small pieces.
Thoroughly fry our chicken, not forgetting to turn it at the same time. Fry without a lid.
Step 3
Then add finely chopped onion, wine, vinegar and, of course, tomato. Do not forget about the broth, which we need only half a glass, and ground black pepper. And here we need a lid, so we simmer under the lid for a long time and over low heat.
Step 4
For serving, you can add a thin lemon slice to each chicken slice. Lemon for beauty, its absence will not spoil this wonderful chicken in any way. Don't forget to sprinkle with herbs.
This dish is Georgian and, you understand, you cannot do without cilantro here.
