Step 1

For the preparation of Greek-style scrambled eggs, it is better to use two pans. On one, lightly fry coarsely chopped tomatoes in butter, and use the other to gradually mix the rest of the ingredients. First, melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion in it.

Once the onions are browned, add the diced or stripped ham to the skillet. Almost immediately, mix everything in the frying process with one tablespoon of flour and add sweet wine (half a glass). The last ingredient here is grated cheese. Immediately after adding it, place the resulting mass on top of the previously prepared tomatoes.

Eggs should be cooked according to a special recipe. Add a few drops of lemon juice to boiling water. Gently break the eggs into a boiling mixture. As soon as the egg mass is covered with protein, remove the finished eggs with a slotted spoon and place them on the surface of the ingredients already cooked. The final touch - decorate the dish with herbs, thin slices of cheese and put in the oven for a few minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the eggs are ready to eat.
