It is necessary

  • For 2 servings:
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 230C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If desired, the parchment can be greased with vegetable or butter.

Step 2

Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites in one bowl, and 4 yolks in different small cups.

Step 3

With a mixer, beat the egg whites and salt on high speed for 2-3 minutes until high peaks.

Step 4

Grate Parmesan cheese (or other cheese of your choice) on a fine grater. Add to whipped egg whites.

Step 5

Divide the whipped egg whites into 4 clouds and place on parchment paper. Make a small indentation in the center of each "cloud".

Step 6

Place the whipped egg whites in a hot oven and bake for 3 minutes. Remove the baking sheet, carefully place one yolk in each cavity, salt as desired and send back to the oven for 3 minutes.

Another way is possible: yolks are placed in the grooves of raw whipped whites and the dish is baked until cooked. In this case, the cooking time for scrambled eggs can increase to 10-15 minutes.

Step 7

Using a spatula, remove the finished eggs from the parchment paper, transfer to a plate. To your taste, you can sprinkle with finely chopped herbs or your favorite spices.
