Almost everyone loves fruit salads, especially children. If you use seasonal fruits for a salad, you can always get something new, thanks to a different combination of fruits and berries. Fruit salad is a wonderful dessert for all family members.
It is necessary
- - 235-265 g strawberries
- - 245-260 g of couscous
- - 135 g arugula
- - 1, 5 lemon wedges
- - 1, 5-2, 5 tbsp. l. pine nuts
- - salt
- - 55 g freshly ground pink pepper
- - 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- - 15 g icing sugar
- - 340 ml olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pour couscous into a cup, season with olive oil, salt a little. Boil water and pour over the couscous so that it covers about 1.5 cm on top. It is good to close the cup with a lid and leave for 9-16 minutes.
Step 2
Wash arugula, sort out and dry on a tray. Rinse and dry the strawberries. Cut the berries: large in four parts, small in half. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Put the dressing ingredients in a deep bowl and stir vigorously with a spoon. Taste and, if necessary, add spices.
Step 4
Beat the couscous with a fork and place in a heap on a wide-bottomed dish. Put arugula and strawberries on top, add a little pepper. Sprinkle pine nuts on top, top with dressing and eat without stirring.
