Strawberry spinach salad is a healthy dietary dish. It is perfectly absorbed by the body, promotes good digestion and elimination of toxins. In addition, such a salad looks beautiful and is suitable for serving on a festive table.

- - 300 g fresh strawberries;
- - 200 g fresh spinach;
- - 150 g feta cheese;
- - 100 g of parmesan;
- - 10 g of black sesame;
- - 1 piece lemon;
- - 20 g sesame oil;
- - salt to taste.

Step 1
Sweet varieties of strawberries with small and soft seeds, for example, varieties Altel, Victoria, are well suited for salad. Fresh strawberries, sort out, remove leaves, and twigs, if any. Rinse in cool water, discard in a colander or large sieve and let dry. Cut the strawberries into large pieces with a sharp knife, cut one berry into 4-5 pieces.
Step 2
Rinse leafy spinach in cool water and pat dry. Gently tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces with your hands. Small sheets can be left intact. Take a large, wide plate and place the lettuce on top of it. Drizzle a little sesame oil over them. Grate Parmesan on a very fine grater or chop finely and sprinkle with spinach on top.
Step 3
Lightly salted feta cheese or goat cheese works well for this recipe. Squeeze out excess water from the feta cheese, if any, and cut into small cubes. Mix feta cheese with strawberries and put on a dish on top of the Parmesan, lightly salt, add a little fresh lemon juice. Before serving, add some sesame oil and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
