Spaghetti is an Italian classic, but it can be found in restaurants around the world. If you cook spaghetti with shrimp and fresh spinach, it turns out not an ordinary everyday dish, but a delicacy worthy of the best restaurants.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of large shrimps;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon zest;
- - a pinch of ground red pepper;
- - a sprig of thyme;
- - a sprig of oregano;
- - a few basil leaves;
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 10-12 cherry tomatoes;
- - 100 g fresh spinach;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 200-250 g of spaghetti;
- - coarse salt, ground black pepper.
- - some grated parmesan (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the salted water to quickly boil the pasta in it when the other ingredients are ready.
Step 2
We clean the shrimps, put them on a plate. Grind herbs (except spinach). Sprinkle the shrimp with red pepper, a teaspoon of lemon zest, and herbs. Add salt and pepper, mix the shrimps, set them aside.
Step 3
Chop the garlic, cut the tomatoes into halves. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the garlic for 30 seconds, add a teaspoon of zest and tomatoes. Salt and pepper vegetables, simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add shrimps to the pan in one layer. Fry for 2 minutes, turn over and fry for another minute.
Step 5
Boil the spaghetti al dente, save 100 ml of water, discard the pasta in a colander.
Step 6
Pour water into a frying pan with shrimps, lay out the spinach leaves, mix the ingredients thoroughly, add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step 7
We put the pasta on the plates, put the shrimps with tomatoes and spinach on top, decorate with a little parmesan.
