Bryndza gives this dish a unique Mediterranean charm, while notes of chili and garlic add spice.
It is necessary
- - 350 g of shell-shaped pasta;
- - half an onion;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 0.5 chili pods;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 430 g frozen spinach;
- - 1 table. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 170 g feta cheese;
- - 2 sprigs of basil;
- - salt, black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shell pasta in plenty of water.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic and onion as small as possible. Peel and chop the chili peppers.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic and onion in it for about 5 minutes, then add the frozen spinach, remove the pan from the heat and cover. When the spinach slows down, squeeze it lightly.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the spinach with the chili. Season with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into large cubes, add to the pasta and heat on the stove for 3 minutes. Sprinkle chopped basil over the dish before serving.
