- - boiled carrots 2 pcs.;
- - milk 0.5 cups;
- - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - flour 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt;
- - butter 10 g;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - greens for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the spinach, pat dry with a paper towel and chop coarsely. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add spinach and onions and salt them. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 2
Peel, wash and cook carrots. Then cut it into small cubes, leaving some for decoration. Add chopped carrots to a skillet with spinach and onions and stir. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Place spinach with onions and carrots on the bottom, and sprinkle with pieces of feta cheese on top.
Step 4
Dissolve the flour in milk so that there are no lumps. Then add the egg and beat. Pour the cooked egg-milk mixture into the spinach with feta cheese and vegetables. Bake the dish for 15 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. Put the prepared casserole on a dish and garnish with herbs and carrot slices.
