- 1 tsp wheat flour.
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped dill;
- 1 bay leaf;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
- "Fast" mutton kebab:
- 1 kg fillet of young lamb;
- 1.5 kg of onions;
- 100-200 ml of dry white wine;
- salt
- pepper.
- For a "quick" lamb for dinner:
- 600 g of lamb loin;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- pepper mix
- salt;
- vegetable oil.

Step 1
"Quick" lamb pie
Prepare the dough: mix flour, starch, baking soda and salt, add 3 eggs, sour cream or kefir, mayonnaise, knead the dough (it should resemble sour cream in consistency).
Step 2
Finely chop the lamb pulp, parsley root and carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the lamb quickly in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter. Add vegetables and mushrooms, stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the broth, salt, pepper and simmer until almost cooked.
Step 3
Dissolve the flour with part of the broth, add to the lamb with vegetables, then bay leaf, herbs and simmer until tender. Make the filling juicy, but thick enough, so if there is a lot of liquid, then the filling must be boiled.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet (baking sheet), add half of the dough, then the filling and the remaining dough. Bake the cake at 230 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
Step 5
"Fast" lamb shashlik
Peel the lamb fillet from the veins and films, cut into pieces of 80-100 g. Pass the onions through a meat grinder, marinate the meat in the resulting onion gruel, add salt and pepper. Stir well and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Rinse off the onion quickly and gently without soaking the meat. Place the meat on skewers and grill on the grill, sprinkling with a mixture of water and dry white wine in a 1: 1 ratio.
Step 7
"Quick" lamb for dinner
Wash and dry the meat, heat the skillet without oil, put the meat on it and evaporate all the liquid. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and fry until tender, turning occasionally (fry 3-4 minutes on each side). Season with salt and pepper before flipping the loin to the other side, then salt and pepper the other side.
