Not everyone loves lamb, they believe that it has a smell. But everyone has different tastes, and good lamb has a good smell. Do not rush to completely abandon this meat, but try very tasty dishes from it.
We need:
- 600 gr. lamb meat,
- 250 g onions
- 80 gr. melted fat
- 40 gr. lard fat,
- 100 g red tomatoes,
- 100 g canned cucumbers,
- 1 small head of garlic
- black and hot ground pepper,
- 1 kg. potatoes,
- 50 gr. sunflower oil,
- salt.
Cooking method
We take the meat, wash it well and cut it into thin slices. Mix the salt with ground black pepper and sprinkle on the meat. We cut the bacon fat into pieces, take a suitable pan, put the melted fat and fry a little bacon, put the chopped lamb in the same place, mix and fry slightly. Then sprinkle with ground hot pepper, wheat flour, add garlic grated with salt and fry for another 7-8 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.
Peel the onion, cut into thin rings and add to the meat. Slices of pickled or pickled cucumbers and slices of peeled fresh tomatoes are also put in a pan and simmer for 3 minutes. Simultaneously with cooking meat, we make fried potatoes as a side dish. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into large strips. Pour oil into the pan, heat and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Everything is ready and we are setting the table.
