It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • - 5 pieces of cherry tomato;
  • - 100 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • - 3 tablespoons of pine nuts;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • - 200 ml of dry wine;
  • - quail eggs -4 pcs.;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 1 spoonful of mustard;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - soy sauce;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, combine mustard, mayonnaise, salt, soy sauce and spices. Season the meat with salt and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the chicken fillet and marinade to it. Fry a little. Then add finely chopped onions, garlic and grated carrots. Fry everything until tender.

Step 3

At the end of cooking, pour in the wine and simmer over low heat, with the lid closed for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Chop the greens finely. Mix finely chopped Chinese cabbage with herbs.

Cover a large dish with a few lettuce leaves, and top with greens mixed with Chinese cabbage and fried meat. Pour over the sauce that was formed when stewing the meat and sprinkle with nuts. Decorate the dish with boiled quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.
