This beautiful appetizer will look spectacular on a festive table. The combination of fish and pork bacon is unexpected, but very tasty: the salmon becomes juicy, saturated with melted fat, and acquires a slightly smoked aroma.
It is necessary
- For rolls:
- - 500 grams of salmon fillet;
- - 12 thin strips of bacon;
- - a bunch of basil;
- - 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- - salt, ground pepper to taste.
- For the sauce:
- - 200 grams of sour cream 20% fat;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (dill, parsley);
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with pulp;
- - 1 teaspoon of red caviar.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into 12 identical pieces, grease them with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Rinse the basil, dry, pluck the leaves. Place a few basil leaves on each piece of fish, and then wrap a strip of bacon around the whole thing.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with foil, put the rolls on it "seam" down and bake for 8-10 minutes. Put the finished rolls on a dish, decorated with lettuce leaves, pour over the sauce. The sauce can also be served separately in a gravy boat.
Step 4
Making the sauce
Mix sour cream with lemon juice and herbs, beat with a mixer. Then gently stir in the red caviar with a spoon so as not to damage the eggs.
