It is necessary

  • - 10 tomatoes;
  • - 5 cherry tomatoes;
  • - 50 g of grated Parmesan;
  • - 200 g of canned anchovies;
  • - 16 pitted olives;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 20 capers;
  • - 2 pieces of white bread;
  • - 1 bunch of basil;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the peeled garlic and a bunch of basil finely. Cut off the crust from white bread and break the flesh into small pieces. Remove the anchovies from the jar, rinse and slice. Dip the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove the skin and cut into halves.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in one bowl and mix thoroughly. Cut the prepared olives (already pitted) in half. Add them and capers to the mixture. Season the snack with olive oil, salt and pepper (vary the amount of the last two to your taste).

Step 3

Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove the entire core from them. Brush a baking sheet with olive / sunflower oil and line the tomato halves. Place the prepared mixture in each. Top with grated Parmesan. Preheat oven to 200C. Let the appetizer cook for 15 minutes.
