Fish is one of the most valuable gastronomic products. She is one of the main characters in Mediterranean cuisine. In many East Slavic countries, fish dishes are a must on major Christian holidays. But in any story with the preparation of fish there is an unpleasant moment - this is cleaning the fish. If the fish is cleaned in an apartment or in a house, then after that it takes a long time to put the workplace in order, since the scales fly in all directions. There is an easy way to avoid this.

- Large bucket or deep basin
- Cold water
- Peeler
Instructions
Step 1
For a small amount of small fish, you can sit in the kitchen. To do this, place a basin of water on the countertop next to the sink. The water should be cold, but at the same time, at a temperature that is comfortable for you.
Step 2
Rinse the fish under running water, then immerse the whole in a container of water.
Step 3
Start peeling the fish with a vegetable peeler directly under the water and away from the tail, holding it with one hand. So all the scales will remain under water and will not scatter.
