One of the most aromatic desserts is coffee cream, which will melt in your mouth if prepared properly. The cream contains cream, which must be whipped in moderation so that the dessert does not turn out to be greasy.

  • - coffee 3 tsp
  • - yolk 3 pcs.
  • - sugar 150 g
  • - gelatin 2 tsp
  • - cream (35% fat) 300 g

Instructions

Step 1

Dilute gelatin in 100 ml of boiled cold water and leave it to swell for a while. The time is indicated on the gelatin pack.

Step 2

Mix sugar and yolks well. Put the mass in a water bath and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 3

Dissolve 3 teaspoons of instant coffee in 250 ml of water. Add coffee and gelatin to the mass in a water bath. Continue heating until the gelatin is completely dissolved. When everything is ready, the resulting mixture must be cooled.

Step 4

Beat the cream well with a blender, and then combine with the coffee mass, which should already cool.

Step 5

Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours. The resulting dessert can be garnished with coffee beans and a mint leaf. Coffee cream will be good in the summer heat, because served cold.
