There are many recipes for cooking chicken and potatoes in the oven, because these ingredients are perfectly combined with each other. The main difference between this method is that it is chicken wings that are used. Moreover, the zest is given to the dish by spices, in which the wings are marinated along with potatoes.
It is necessary
- - chicken wings - 1 kg;
- - potatoes - 1 kg;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - mustard - 1 tsp;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - curry spice - 0.5 tsp;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - ground black pepper - a few pinches;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken wings under running water and dry. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles no more than 3 mm thick. If the tubers are large, they can be pre-divided in half. Place the wings and potatoes in a large, deep bowl.
Step 2
Peel the garlic cloves, cut into small pieces or crush with a press. Then place them in the bowl with the potatoes and wings. Add mayonnaise, mustard, curry, vegetable oil, soy sauce, black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours. The longer the wings and potatoes are marinated, the richer they will taste.
Step 3
After the time has elapsed, turn on the oven and set the temperature to 220 degrees. While it's warming up, take a baking dish and place the chicken wings and potatoes in it. Send them to the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Divide the finished dish into portions and serve with fresh salad and chopped herbs.
