Spicy wings in the oven

Preheat oven to 180C. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake the wings for 30 minutes, then drain off the melted fat and sprinkle the wings with the remaining honey marinade. Increase the heat to 200C and bake the wings for another 30 minutes, periodically turning them so that they are all covered with a shiny, sweet frosting.

Traditionally, these wings are served with sour cream, garlic and blue cheese sauce.

- 1 kilogram of chicken wings;

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 2 tablespoons of softened butter;

- ¼ teaspoon of saffron;

- 1 lemon;

- salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat oven to 220C. Line a baking sheet with cling foil. Place a baking rack over the foil. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, add olive oil to it and add saffron, squeeze lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the wings under running water, dry thoroughly and lay out on a wire rack. Using a silicone brush, brush the saffron lemon oil over the chicken. Roast for 20 minutes, then remove the baking sheet, drain off the melted fat and turn the wings over. Grease them again and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Thai wings in the oven

Chicken wings can be cooked deliciously not only in Western but also in Asian style. You will need:

- 1 kilogram of chicken wings;

- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil;

- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;

- 1 teaspoon of salt;

- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper;

- 1 cup peanut butter;

- ¼ glass of hot water;

- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root;

- 1 tablespoon lime juice;

- 1 teaspoon of Thai fish sauce;

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce;

- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey;

- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Preheat oven to 200C. Divide the wings by joint, rinse and dry. Mix vegetable oil and sesame oil, add salt and pepper. Place the wings on a rack above the foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with butter and bake for 40-45 minutes, inverting several times. While the wings are cooking, combine all remaining ingredients into a smooth, smooth sauce. Before serving, place the hot wings in the sauce and shake the bowl a few times so that the wings are completely covered.
