It is necessary

  • 900 grams of chicken wings,
  • 11 large potatoes.
  • For the marinade:
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • some fine sea salt,
  • a teaspoon of mustard.
  • For the chicken wings marinade:
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • a teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 lemon rings
  • head of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

First, marinate the chicken wings. We wash the wings and dry them with paper towels. In a cup, mix two tablespoons of vegetable oil (can be replaced with olive oil) with a teaspoon of mustard and three tablespoons of soy sauce, mix well. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add to the wings along with the marinade, mix. Cut the head of garlic into several pieces and add to the meat. Leave to marinate for one hour.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. We put the potatoes in a volumetric cup, salt, add mustard, vegetable oil and sprinkle with any spices to taste (hops-suneli, dried dill, ground pepper), mix well. Leave the potatoes to marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in it, fill it with marinade.

Put the marinated chicken wings on the potatoes and also fill with the marinade. Cover the dish with potatoes and meat with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until delicious golden brown. Baked potatoes with chicken wings are juicy, moderately salty and very aromatic. We serve the finished dish on the table, decorate with fresh herbs.
