Instructions
Step 1
If the chicken is frozen, defrost it before cooking. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Rinse with cold running water.
Step 2
Rub each piece of chicken with mayonnaise, pepper, chicken seasoning and salt. Place the chicken in a deep bowl. Chop 2 garlic cloves finely and add to the chicken. Peel the carrots, grate and add to the chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-1.5 cm slices. Place the potatoes in a deep plate and add mayonnaise there. Stir the potatoes so that each bite is covered with mayonnaise. Salt.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, mix boiled water, salt, bay leaf, pepper, add a little mayonnaise, chicken seasoning. Chop the greens finely and add to the water. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Place the chicken in a deep baking sheet. Place the potato slices on top of the chicken. Pour the spiced water over the chicken and potatoes. Place in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add a little water to the cheese to make it easier to spread evenly over the chicken. Squeeze 3 garlic cloves into the cheese and stir. Add cheese 5 minutes before cooking ends.
