Dishes cooked in the oven are justly considered much healthier than those cooked in a pan. If you are looking for a healthy diet, try this simple and delicious chicken flaky potato. Due to the fact that the potatoes are not fried in oil, but are soaked in chicken fat, it turns out to be less nutritious. In addition, the cooking process itself does not take much time and effort.
It is necessary
- - Chicken drumsticks (thighs, wings) - 800 g;
- - Potatoes - 2 kg;
- - Onions - 4 pcs.;
- - Mayonnaise - 400 g;
- - Hard cheese - 400 g:
- - Fresh dill - 1 bunch;
- - Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Ground black pepper;
- - Salt;
- - Baking tray.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the onion into quarters into rings, the potatoes into thin slices no more than 2-3 mm thick. Arrange them separately from each other in separate dishes. Pour 200 grams of mayonnaise over the chopped vegetables, mix well and leave to marinate for one hour, covered with a lid or cling film.
Step 2
Rinse chicken meat under running water, dry and put in a bowl. Rub the chicken with salt and black pepper. Add the remaining 200 grams of mayonnaise to it, stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 3
When the hour has passed, turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 220 degrees. Take a large baking dish and brush it with vegetable oil. Lay the potatoes in the first layer and spread them evenly. Add salt to taste and a few pinches of ground black pepper. Lay onions next. Add chicken meat last.
Step 4
Bake the chicken puff potatoes in the oven for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and chop the dill. When the potatoes are almost ready, remove the tray from the oven, add the grated dill cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
