Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Take a deep container and break two eggs there, add granulated sugar and grind. Then pour in the condensed milk and sour cream, add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder for the dough. Stir the resulting mixture until smooth. Your dough should be like thick sour cream in consistency.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter and pour the dough over it. The baking sheet should not be very high, flat. Bake the crust until tender. To check, you need to pierce the cake with a match - the end should remain dry. If everything is in order, remove the cake from the oven and cool.
Step 3
Prepare a cream or impregnation. To do this, simply mix the sour cream with sugar and whisk.
Step 4
After your cake has cooled down, break it into small pieces (5x5 or 6x6 squares).
Step 5
Dip each piece in the cream and place it in a slide on a large dish. Sprinkle a layer of crust slices with chopped walnuts and pineapple, also previously cut into pieces. When all the ingredients are laid out in a beautiful slide, place the poncho cake dish in the refrigerator.
Step 6
While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting. To do this, mix the sour cream and sugar in a small bowl. Put on fire and keep until it boils. Then add the butter and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes. Then cool the frosting.
Step 7
Remove the chilled cake from the refrigerator and cover with icing. Then put it back in the refrigerator.
Step 8
Melt a chocolate bar in a bain-marie and pour the cake over the chilled white frosting.
Step 9
After everything has cooled, the Poncho cake can be served.
