It is necessary

Step 1

Take eggs, cover with cold water. After boiling water, cook for another 10 minutes. Drain the water, cool the eggs and peel them.

Peel the onion, rinse well and chop coarsely. For this salad, it is best to cut the onion into large strips.

Pour sunflower oil into a preheated pan. Pour the chopped onion into the pan and fry until translucent. Fry the onions over low heat, stirring constantly. It will take just a couple of minutes.

Peel all vegetables, grate them on a coarse grater. Then grate eggs and cream cheese on a coarse grater. Put some cheese and eggs in a separate bowl to decorate the dish.
Step 7
Take a large salad bowl and lay out the ingredients in layers: potatoes, onions, carrots, onions, mayonnaise, beets, onions, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise.
