  • - champignons - 200 g;

  • - mayonnaise;

Step 1

To boil the chicken breast, put it in boiling water, add salt, a few chili peas and, if desired, bay leaf. Cook for 20-30 minutes until tender. Then cool and cut into small pieces.

Cut the champignons into slices, and then cut these slices across into several parts. Thin small pieces are obtained. Fry them in butter or vegetable oil until tender. Usually, finely chopped mushrooms are fried quickly. At the end of frying, add a little salt.
