- rosemary - 1 tsp;
- thyme - 1 tsp;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp spoons;
- lemon juice - 30 gr.
- For the third recipe:
- turkey drumsticks - 4 pcs;
- chopped garlic - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- dry white wine - 500 gr;
- black peppercorns - 4 pcs;
- adjika - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp the spoon;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- pepper - 1 pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Roast the turkey drumstick in foil. To do this, wash and dry 600 grams of meat with paper towels. Rub the drumsticks with salt, basil, red pepper and oregano to taste, brush with 30 grams of mustard. Cut a piece of foil large enough to accommodate the turkey and garnish.
Step 2
Peel and wash 500 grams of small potato tubers, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then place on a sheet of foil with the turkey drumsticks. Roll the edges of the foil over and place in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes, then open the foil, increase the temperature to 220 ° C and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
For crispy turkey, take 4 drumsticks, rinse in cold water, towel dry and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mash 4 garlic cloves with 1 teaspoon of rosemary, the same amount of thyme, and then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 4
Rub the drumsticks with the prepared mixture, sprinkle with 30 grams of lemon juice and leave to soak for several hours. Preheat the oven to 200C, transfer the turkey and marinade to a heatproof dish and bake until tender.
Step 5
Cook the turkey in a spicy marinade. To do this, make punctures in 4 washed and dried shins with a knife. Rub them with 3 tablespoons of minced garlic so that it fills the holes. Heat 500 grams of dry white wine, add 4 black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon of adjika and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to it. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 6
Put the drumsticks in the cooled wine mixture and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C, transfer the turkey to the pan and bake for 30 minutes, then turn the drumsticks and cook for about half an hour.
