This recipe makes the cake very dense and moist, with a rich chocolate flavor!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a cake pan with a hole in the middle with a thin layer of butter and lightly dust with flour. If baking in silicone, simply sprinkle the mold with water.

In a small container, pour boiling water over the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Let cool and add vanilla essence and egg. Stir until smooth.

Sift the flour into a separate bowl with baking powder and salt.

Using a mixer, beat room temperature butter with ricotta and sugar into a fluffy, fluffy, light mass. This will take you about 2 minutes. Combine flour and egg with the curd mixture in 3 doses. Mix all the ingredients quickly and place in a mold.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes. After 20 minutes after the start of baking, the cake should be covered with foil so that it bakes evenly and does not burn.

After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly in the pan, then cool completely on a wire rack.
