An original and simple fly agaric snack is not only tasty, but also very cute. Small edible mushrooms are what you need for the New Year!

How to make a New Year's snack

- 3 boiled eggs;

- 10-15 pieces of cherry tomatoes (or just very small tomatoes);

- 100 grams of ham and Gouda cheese;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- dill and lettuce;

- 50 ml mayonnaise.

1. Cheese and boiled eggs should be grated on a fine grater.

2. Cut the ham into small pieces.

3. Cut the cucumber into slices 6-7 mm wide.

4. In a bowl, combine the crushed eggs, cheese and ham, and season to taste with salt and mayonnaise.

5. Put lettuce leaves and dill sprigs on the plate chosen for the holiday - this will be an impromptu meadow for fly agarics.

6. Put cucumber circles on the "clearing", and on each circle about a spoonful of egg-ham mixture.

7. On each fly agaric put a hat - half a cherry tomato.

8. The final touch - we put white dots of sour cream or mayonnaise on the hats (it is convenient to do this with a skewer or a toothpick).

This small but delicious mushroom meadow will decorate your New Year's table.
