Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet, cut into medium-sized cubes, salt and fry in a skillet with a little oil. Then place on a plate to cool.

2. Saute finely chopped onion in butter, then add boiled and finely chopped mushrooms to it. Fry everything until tender. Cool mushrooms and onions by placing them on a separate plate.

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Seeds and liquid should be removed.

4. Lay the salad in layers. The bottom layer is chicken fillet; on top, make a grid of sour cream or mayonnaise.

5. Put the forest mushrooms and onions in the second layer, add a little salt. Make a mesh of mayonnaise.

6. The next layer - cubed tomatoes, then grease with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

- 100 g of fresh mushrooms;

- 2 boiled eggs;

- 150 g of boiled chicken fillet:

- 50 g each of walnuts and hard cheese;

- a small clove of garlic;

- mayonnaise;

- salt.

Preparation:

1. Wash the champignons and cut them into small pieces, add salt. Fry in a skillet with chopped onions until tender and cool.
