The steps for making a delicious salad with beef and cucumbers are as follows:

  1. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the inedible parts, cut into strips.
  2. Put the prepared vegetable in a bowl and season with salt. Leave the cucumber for 20 minutes to release the juice.

  • 1 tsp mustard;
  • 2 cloves of garlic.

The chicken and ham salad is prepared like this:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, boil until tender, cool. Disassemble the meat into fibers.
  2. Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut into cubes.

  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Salad with squid and eggs is very simple at first glance, but we suggest you marinate the onions deliciously for the dish under discussion. To prepare the marinade you need:

  • ½ glass of clean water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • ¼ h. L. ground black pepper;
  • 1 tsp Sahara.

The stages of preparing a salad with squid are as follows:

  1. Immerse thawed, unpeeled squid carcasses in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. During this time, the pink skin should wrinkle. Cool the carcasses, remove the chitin plates from the squid, remove the skin. As a result, you will get beautiful white squids. A little tip: do not keep the carcasses in boiling water for a long time, otherwise the squid will digest and become rubbery.
