I offer you the most classic recipe for making pizza without meat and sausage - "Margarita". Delicious vegetarian pizza has long taken its place among other Mediterranean dishes.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of flour,
- - 20 grams of fresh yeast,
- - 3-4 tablespoons of warm water,
- - 8 tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive or sunflower),
- - 350 grams of tomatoes,
- - 300 grams of cheese,
- - 3-4 basil leaves,
- - black pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour on the table in a slide, make a depression in the center. Crumble the yeast into the hole, pour in warm water, add 7 tablespoons of oil and salt.
Step 2
Knead the dough well so that it becomes soft and does not stick to your hands. Form the dough into a ball, sprinkle with flour, cover with damp gauze and leave for 2 hours.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm thick layer and place on a baking sheet, greased with the remaining oil.
Step 4
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off. Mash the tomatoes with a fork, salt and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Place the tomatoes on the prepared dough and place in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven, place thin slices of cheese and chopped basil on top of the tomatoes, season with black pepper.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve slightly cooled.
