- olive oil for the dough - 2 tablespoons,

- dry yeast - half a teaspoon,
- large tomatoes - 2 pcs,
- one onion,
- garlic - 2 cloves,
- mozzarella - 120 grams,
- basil - a small bunch,
- some salt, ground pepper and a mixture of Italian herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
We place all the ingredients for making the dough in a bowl. We mix with our hands, flour (it is better to sift flour) should absorb the liquid. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth and tender. The dough can be kneaded with a mixer at first speed using the hook attachment.
Roll the kneaded dough into a ball and put in a bowl sprinkled with flour, cover with cling film and leave for one hour.
Step 2
Cooking tomato sauce.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.
Put the chopped vegetables in a preheated small frying pan with olive oil. Cook over low heat until the onion is soft.
Add Italian herbs to the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
Step 3
Wash the tomato and cut into small pieces, grind in a blender until puree.
Pass the tomato puree through a sieve to remove the skin and seeds.
Add the peeled tomato pulp to the pan to the onion and garlic.
Put the pan on low heat and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 4
Cooking pizza.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part of the dough into a ball.
We flatten the ball of dough into a layer. We form a cake with our hands.
Step 5
Chop the basil with the tomatoes.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices.
Step 6
Put parchment on the wooden board. Place the cake on the parchment. Lubricate the cake with sauce, sprinkle with basil. Lay the tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
We bake pizza at 280 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
